iTeachers is a suite of over 300 video tutorials - iLessons - combined with drag and drop planning grids - iPlans- designed to revolutionise how you teach your entire ICT curriculum.

As ICT consultants we often found that our time was spent on technical support and the teaching and learning aspect of what we could offer kept getting pushed to one side.

We therefore decided to start adding the cross-curricular ICT lessons that we would normally be demonstrating, onto our website. We wanted to ensure that the method we used was simple and clear and assumed that the viewer had no prior knowledge of the software being demonstrated. To this end we have created a site that is simple to navigate with high quality ICT lessons that are easy to replicate whatever your ICT knowledge.

The content of the site has been developed since 2007 by Primary school ICT consultants and teachers from all over the UK.

iTeachers will meet a number of the needs of primary school teachers, but we believe the key benefits are to:

• give teachers lacking in ICT confidence the skills and ideas to teach cross-curricular ICT.
• ensure that ICT across the school is fully embedded into the curriculum.
• help schools to get full value for money from their existing ICT investment.
